Our methods - coaching approaches, frameworks, and proprietary tools
Website and app - designs, functionality, and user experience
Brand elements - Beyond Migraine name, logos, and marketing materials

What can you do with our materials?

When you purchase our services, you can:

Access and use materials for your personal health journey
Print worksheets for your own use
Refer to concepts in conversations with your healthcare providers

You cannot:

Share login details or course access with others
Copy, distribute, or resell our materials
Create your own courses using our content
Use our name or materials commercially

What can healthcare practitioners do?

Healthcare practitioners may use certain tools with their individual clients as outlined in practitioner agreements. Contact us for licensing details.

How do we protect our work?

We monitor for unauthorized use of our content online. If we find violations:

We'll contact you to resolve it
We may terminate your access without refund
Serious cases may involve legal action

Can you use our name and logo?

Only we can use "Beyond Migraine" commercially. Media and partners need written permission.

What about content you create?

Content you create in our programs (your personal plans, progress notes) belongs to you. We may use anonymized examples for improving our services.

What about testimonials and reviews?

Customer testimonials and marketing content rights are governed by our Service Agreement. We may use customer feedback in our marketing materials as outlined in our terms of service.
